Don’t Drink … Gamble!

If you like to have a beer every once in a while, leave your money out of the casino if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your pocketbook, your money belt, and leave all money, credit cards and checkbooks back at the hotel. Only take whatever money you expect to use on alcohol, tips and few dollars you expect to burn and keep the remainder behind.

Contemptuous? Not by any means. Realistic more like. You can have a win after a boozy night out with your acquaintances and be lucky enough to hit a long roll at a smokin craps table. Don’t forget that story because it’s as brief as it gets if you continually drink alcohol and bet. The two just do not go well together.

Keeping your money at home is a little bit dramatic, but preventative actions for excessive behavior is compulsory. If you gamble to profit, then do not drink alcohol and gamble. If you like to burn your assets nary a worry, then drink all the gratis booze your stomach are able to handle, but don’t carry charge cards and cheques to toss into the mix of going after losses after your befuddled brain loses everything!

Allow me to take this one step more. Don’t consume alcohol and then head on to the internet to bet in your preferred online casino either. I enjoy a cocktail from the coziness of my condominium, however considering that I am hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards at my fingertips, I can’t drink alcohol and gamble.

What’s the reason? Even though I don’t drink alcohol a lot, once I consume alcohol, it’s definitely adequate to cloud my better judgment. I bet, so I do not consume alcohol when wagering. If you are a drinker, do not wager at the same time. When mixed, both create a dangerous, and costly, cocktail.
