If you like to have a beverage occasionally, keep your money at home if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Empty your evening bag, your money belt, and keep all cash, charge cards and chequebooks out of the casino. Grab only the cash you intend to use on refreshments, tips and few dollars you intend to burn and leave the remainder behind.
Contemptuous? Not by any means. Realistic more like. You might have a success after a boozy evening out with your friends and be blessed enough to hit a marathon roll at a hot craps table. Don’t forget that story because it is as brief as it gets if you consistently drink and wager. The pair just do not go well together.
Keeping your moolah out of the casino might be a little bit drastic, but preventative actions for excessive actions is necessary. If you gamble to win, then don’t consume alcohol and bet. If you like to burn your $$$$ nary a worry, then consume all the gratuitous alcohol your stomach can handle, but do not pack plastic credit and checks to throw into the mix of following losses after your hooched up head loses everything!
Permit me to carry this a single step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then jump online to wager in your preferred online casino either. I love to drink from the coziness of my condo, but because I’m connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards near by, I can not drink and gamble.
Why? Although I do not drink a lot, once I consume alcohol, it’s certainly enough to blur my judgment. I gamble, so I don’t consume alcohol when gambling. If you are a drinker, do not gamble when you do. Both make for an awful, and expensive, cocktail.
